ill would like to know if i can install a windows 7 64b after windows 7 32b?
or i'must do a new windows 7 64b installation ?

You have to do a fresh install. There is no upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit.

Sadly, as Joe S pointed out, when changing the bit type of a system, a full clean install is required. If that's your plan to move to the 64 bit OS, which I fully recommend, backup and save all pertinent data so you can easily reinstall/move data to new OS.
