I don't like Windows 10 at all, as it is very intrusive. There are always some updates that come out, because of which my computer does not want to work normally and constantly freezes. It is best to download Windows 7. I've been using Windows 10 for a while and decided to go back to Windows 7, as some of the keys on my keyboard stopped working due to updates. I would recommend you to install Windows 7, for the reasons I mentioned above.

Not a good plan as you will be susceptible to problems as there are no more updates for win7. Best option would be a clean install of windows 10.
