I am trying to install Windows 7 on a HP With Vista SP 1 my problem is after I click the install button I get an error message saying: "E:/Sources/SPWIXENG.DLL is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error." After I click ok I get another error message saying the file "Autorun.dll could not be located or is corrupt." Any Suggestions.....

I guess your Vista install is not correct. Are you even doing an upgrade?

Try doing a clean install rather than an upgrade and see if that works.. Boot up from the Windows 7 disc you made.. ;)

The upgrade feature in Windows 7 "BETA" should never be used unless you have made a backup of your previous windows installation. Always in Beta Version OS's the upgrade feature has not been tested enough and countless number of times people lose data and blame it on Microsoft. Just do clean installs unless your willing to take the risk.
