Once the file is downloaded, open the file location, highlight file, in the top left hand side - you see the tab organize and extract all files, click extract all files, the next window - just click extract tab at the bottom. Once it's extracted, then you can open the file. Then you can use them from personalization window.

Yeah, you can't do a Chevy pack without doing 56's and especially 57's, which are also my favorites.
