Windows 7 Shutdown/Logoff Dialog Box

Is there a way to make it so when I click on the Shutdown button I get the Dialog box like the old classic menu used to do? I have accidently hit that stupid shutdown button to many times (which is actually a lock button now instead of shutdown). I know alt+f4 will bring up the box, but I'm so into the habit of: *Windows Key + Up arrow + Enter + (Dialog box menu option) Enter
