How to Boot Ubuntu from USB on Dell OptiPlex

I am trying to demo Ubuntu, the latest Non Beta version as of 1/28/2015 on the Dell OptiPlex, but how can I do so? I thought I would have to change the boot sequence to have the USB on top, but that didn't seem to work at all.

Check the BIOS/UEFI for secure boot and disable it.
