They say you should uninstall Flash Player first. Here a link............Download Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller - MajorGeeks. Then delete the Macromed folder in C:\Windows\System32\Macromed. After that's done re-install flash here: Download Adobe Flash Player - MajorGeeks. This is version Adobe Flash Player 29.0.0.140
