    Windows 7 clear cache Windows 7

    I regularly log on to my account at the phone co. Recently the log-on page has rejected my user ID, says "not available". After many hassles, the phone co. rep suggested that I had a memory problem, I should "clear cache." Don't know how to do this. Please advise.
