    In Vista "Windows Explorer" had an option to allow you to "see" all folders/files.... Where is that option in Win7? I would like to make the"AppData" folder in "Users" visible... hagatha

    Windows 7 How to view hidden files

    I'm trying to move my thunderbird profile folder from xp to a win7 folder. The AppData folder in user/(name)/ is hidden. In xp and vista you can un-hide them. How to do this in Windows 7 :confused: Thanks!

    Windows Vista Where are the program data files?

    I am moving data from an old XP computer to a new Vista OS computer. When I try to find the folder for appdata on the Vista computer, supposedly in my user folder, I cannot find it. Is it somehow hidden, and if so, how do I view this folder? Norman
