    Windows 10 What is best tool to Convert Decimal to ASCII or ASCII to Decimal and vice versa?. Please suggest a tool.

    Windows 7 bitmap fonts needed

    I need (widthXheight) 5x8 or 10x16 BITMAP fonts can i get them ready made if not is there way to automatically generate them from existing fonts? I have tried few software to manually create the fonts but thats a tedious and long process for the whole ASCII set. thanks
