  1. Windows 8 Windows 8.1 ATI Driver Problem

    Hello everyone, Am using Windows 8.1 Pro x64 and my graphic card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 series. Driver is updated but its not working. What to do? Thanks in advance.

    Windows 7 Installing ATI driver, can't see desktop icon
