This Dell XPS 8700 started out at Windows 8.1. Before I even started using it, I used Paragon's Migrate OS to SSD 4.0 to move the C: partition to an SSD and be able to boot to it. Prior to doing that I shrunk down the original C: to basically match the SSD size and created another data partition...
Hello all. I am in quite a predicament here. I recently installed Win 10 because it was time to reformat and I figured that an upgrade from win 7 was a good idea. After installing and using win 10 for a few days I decided it was not for me and used the system reset function on win 10 to wipe...

I recently did the free upgrade to Windows 10 but decided to go back to Windows 7. Microsoft lets you opt to go back to the previous OS for 30 days so this was not an issue.
I reverted back to Windows 7 but now at the Windows login screen my keyboard and mouse are frozen as I can't move the...
So, this morning Windows decided I wasn't having enough fun in my life, and decided to fuck with me.
Yesterday, it had updated but I had not yet restarted. I hadn't scheduled it - in fact the schedule window was open so I could dictate when I wanted the thing to update. When I woke up, I saw...

Hey guys,
So as in the title, when I start up my computer there's no OS being detected.
Reason being, I had upgraded from windows 7 to 10. Everything was fine, then I foolishly decided to give my computer a reboot, just to clean it up a bit. Halfway through, Windows 10 tells me there was a...

Hi
I was messing around trying to find a way to boot Windows 10 into safe mode.
I think you can get to it through the Repair and Recovery window, but I don't see a way to open the repair window unless you actually have issues and it open on it's own.
I suppose that makes sense, if you...
I have a Lenovo B570e series laptop. Unless I remove my hard drive I cannot acces my BIOS settings.
When I force my laptop entering the BIOS I noticed an '!' before 'Boot Menu' in the Boot Priority Order. (see attachment).
How can I fix this?
I booted into safe mode and it is not functioning. So I can't get to msconfig to uncheck safe mode boot. Is there a way to access the advanced boot menu before booting into Windows? Used to be F8 but doesn't seem to work in windows 10.
Help please

Ok, so earlier today I was trying to load Ubuntu on my ThinkPad. When I tried to load it on the boot menu it just loads Windows 7. I have also tried this with Chromium OS. But it just loads Windows 7 as usual. Does anyone know a fix to this? My model is a Think T60 2009 (I think.)
