Hi,

Since today I have a very annoying problem. I keep getting my startupscreen saying 'Preparing automatic repair' loop' and after a few seconds switches to black screen and then back to 'Preparing automatic prepair'. This loop basicly goes on forever...what can I do??? My only options seem to be DEL (BIOS Setup) and F11 (run boot menu. Surely there must be some other option possible, like cmd prompt? I use Windows 10.

Hi,
if you have a copy of win 10 on either disk or usb then you need to boot from the media win 10 is on and run a repair. Sounds like your start up files have become corrupted.
