Guys i got the Build 1511 update some months ago and ever since then iv never been able to get wondows update they keep on filing any help please??
tried the` services` solution i got but it still failed :(
Microsoft have recently identified issues with high cpu and high memory usage in certain Windows 10 builds (1703 isn't affected... Yet. ).
Builds which are affected are: Windows 10 version's 1607, 1511, and 1507.
Apparently this is down to recent updates which are named in the quote's below...

Hi, I bought new hard drive and installed fresh Windows 10 and then upgrade to 1703 Build.
Now, I want to return it to it's original version then upgrade to 1507 or 1511 Build (Cuz one of them was the installed version in my previous hard drive).
I want this because a problem with files names...
i have recovered my windows 10. Now it is on windows os version 1511 and it updates till os build 10586.962 (i.e the last os build of 1511). but it is not upgrading after that to os version 1607 and more. what should i do? is there ny problem with my os or something else i need to know?

Apparently the Media Creation Tool for Windows 10 Version 1511 and updates on Windows Update were pulled because the initial upgrade build was inadvertently reversing four privacy settings on some users systems.

I presently have Windows10 Pro 64 bit, build 10240. I've not been able to download and/or install the November update, 1511. I've not had issues with any other Windows10 updates. Suggestions?
