Hi all,
I have been trying to remove this hard drive as there are no longer any files on it. But it appears that some part of the boot process happens on this drive?
Once I remove the drive windows fails to boot up.
How do I move the boot manager off the I drive and on to the c drive?

This is on a six-core system, 8GB ram, win 8.1 64bit.
Yesterday everything was fine. I went to shut down at the end of the day and selected 'update and shut down.'
Then in the morning windows would not boot up.
After some digging around it looks like the update moved my entire windows folder...

When selecting some folders on my C drive, but not all of them, the following message pops up,
C:\"folder name" is not accessible. Access is Denied.
Why is this occurring and how can it be overcome?

I can install all updates in Win-7 successfully except the SP1. Whenever I try it I finally get an error message (Error #80004005). I've tried the automatic fix but that doesn't do any thing. I have also tried to format my C Drive and load a Win-7 (Pro) with SP1 using a DVD from Microsoft. After...

Hi ! Strange things happened today on patch Tuesday. I noticed some icons missing on my desk top. Started looking for the reason. I discovered that my C drive had gained 20+ GB's. Why would it do that? I discovered that Windows had installed W10 on my PC. That's strange because I have had a...
Hello,
My C drive is almost full, 6 GB left now. I tried using EaseUS application to expand, but no use. I think because I have 2 different Disks. Disk 1 is the C drive which is almost full, and Disk 2 is my D drive, it has 300GB left, I want to take some from D drive to my C drive. Anyone...

Hello,
How can i change de destination folder of One Drive backed up files from C: to D: for example.
In One Drive Properties i don´t have the option "Change Location".
Thanks
An answer to this question may clear up my confusion: Can the C: drive be part of a pool, having all drives (including the c: drive) look like 1 drive? If so, how do I do that? I created a storage space, but it made me set it up as drive D:, and I see no way to combine it with C:.

So, when I ordered my computer I saw that I'd have 1TB of storage. I see that the default area where things are installed (C:\) only consists of 149 GB total, while the Data (D:\) drive has a total of 780 GB. I'd like to move some files over there, but I'm not sure what I should do. I would also...
