    I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my question... My original Surface Pro stopped charging, so I exchanged it for a refurbished Surface Pro from Microsoft. It is running very slowly on my new machine after I cloned the original. Maybe it's a problem with the machine rather than cloning...

    Windows 7 i can't play movies properly on my laptop when my AC charger isn't plugged in. worked fine on Vista
