Every time I start my computer startup repair come up (photo attached). I've tried everything and even tried things in other forums and I've gotten none to work. I need help I'm open to try most things.

Hi all.
My mate gave me his laptop after throwing it to the floor during a temper fit.
My daughter has a similar model.
I swapped the hdd to see if it was ok.
It was.
I put my daughters hdd back in and now it doesn't show any user icons at the start up window??
This means I can't get in to do...
I had to do a reinstall because the reg became corrupt with entries not owned by me and I couldn't change them back - tried everything I could find on the subject.
ANYWAY - now I am missing both the PIN TO functions in the rt clk context menus
In fact, there is nothing on my Start Menu (left)...
