Windows 7 Startup repair corrupt registry

Every time I start my computer startup repair come up (photo attached). I've tried everything and even tried things in other forums and I've gotten none to work. I need help I'm open to try most things.

Have you tried the "Advanced Options" link in that image and attempted to perform a system restore to a previous date?

Yes I don't have a previous date to restore it to.
