    Tooltip Display Time

    I'm using POP Peeper - Email Notifier. The tooltip (in the system tray) notifying a new mail appears for hardly a second or two. How can I increase the display time? Thank you.

    Windows 7 Advanced custom settings?

    I'd love to set this machine up like I had with XP and a touch screen. There was an advanced tab on settings that included a drop down box so that I could adjust scrollbar size, text, icon sizes etc. Win 7 have this config tool?
