Windows 7 Drive F fills automatically

The drive F of my sister's PC has been automatically filling up for some time and now out of the 76 gb only 6.5 mb remains. There is nothing in the drive except somethings called WindowsImageBackup and USER-PC. Why is this happening? Is it a virus problem?

    Windows 8 Defragger & Optimizer

I tried this and I can't tell if it works or not. When I defrag & optimize it never stops going thru passes. I stopped it at pass 15 but there was no evidence that anything was corrected. Anybody know anything about this Thanks
