docking

There was a work-around to make this , but that same trick didn't work in 7. Is there something similar in 7 to make this possible? I hate having icons on my desktop and I'd prefer to not use the quick launch trick to clutter up the taskbar. Any thoughts?

Hi, I have a wide screen laptop so I usually dock my task bar on the right hand sidde o the screen. When I reboot windows 7 the task bar reverts to it's default location at the bottom of the screen. Am I doing something wrong or is this just one of the Beta things? thanks

Hi, I just upgraded my Vista installation to the Win7 build from the PDC. I installed it earlier on a virtualbox and that was fine. After upgrading, which in itself went smooth, I noticed a couple of things: 1) Docking the windows no longer works. Moving a window to the left, top or right...
