file deletion

Hi Members i bought a new laptop this week its brand new when i click the folder its automatically deleting the Popup is open when i click any file any folder its asking delete option yes or no kindly please guide me to solve the issue.

I figured out how to stop win7 from asking if I really want to delete a file - I have not been able to stop it from asking when I delete a book title off of my mp3 player while attached to my pc. Any ideas?
