file history

Does file history also create a restore point? It was nice to have that restore point to where is you blue screened you could reboot and restore to a recent, previous system state. Doesn't really say anything in the file history settings page, and I'm curious. Thanks for any insight...

When i try to enable my windows history i keep getting the error message Could no Enable windows history Access Denied. I added the file error to the post as well.

Using Windows 7 RC 7100. Why don't previously used filepaths show up in the drop down menu when saving pictures? On Vista it would save the last 20 or so folders that I saved something to. On Windows 7 it just remains blank, as pictured.
