I have a persistent problem with safety remove and my flash drives but never did with Windows 10. Do you know where that setting is in 11? I had it once but have forgotten where it is.

I am using Rohos Mini Portable software to password a folder on flash drives and external hard drives, but I am wondering whether there is Windows-own software for the same purpose. Mike

Is it safe to keep hard drives and flash drives connected all the time (Windows 10), even when shutting down everyday ... ? Or should I use the Eject feature to be safe ... ?
