Hi,
I'd to make my cmd open as an administrator by default. I know I can hit Win+X->'a', but I want to open the admin-cmd anywhere. Normally I open cmd in a folder either by:
1. Typing 'cmd' into Windows Explorer url bar [preferred method]
2. shift+right-click -> open cmd as administrator

But, it's...

When I click into C: Drive>Users> I have Public and Phil. I presume that the Phil folder points to the folder with all the My Pictures etc in. But I cannot access it. It says it is a file and not a folder.

First I would like to say that I'm enjoying Windows 7, it's a big improvement over Vista.
The one thing I do not like, is in Windows Explorer every time I open a folder it moves it to the bottom of the window. This is driving me crazy. Is there a way to stop this or revert back to XP style...
I have Vista set up to open folders in the same window. Sometimes I want to open the Parent of a folder in a new window. With Windows XP I could hold down the CTRL key while double-clicking the 'Up' icon. I cannot find a way of doing the same in Vista.
Is there a way to open the Parent folder...
