how do i delete this LOL

Can somebody tell me how I can remove a message / post? I do NOT mean private message but public, such as a reply to somebody's post.

While installing windows i got a error code however, it is not listed on the windows help page, so I am counsulting the forums for help the error code is this: 0x8007001F - 0x20006 The installaion failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation
