Unable to start web pages in IIS ( Internet Information Services Manager web server in Microsoft Windows 10 ).

Over roughly the past week, I have not been able to start my web pages in my Internet Information Services ( IIS ) Manager 10 ( in Microsoft Windows 10 ) web server. Included below is a Paint 3D tempsnip image file for your consideration:

You need to make sure both services mentioned in the error are running.

Have you looked in the IIS log for more detailed error messages?
