Hi everyone, i have too much procces in task manager, before my pc get virus but i delete it with antivirus, but after that virus i have too much procces here and i have fps drops in games. can any one help me how to disable them or something.

I want to play lol but my fps is very low in windows 7. Concretely it is alway lowering than 45 fps and drop down <20 fps when i'm in combat.
I know that intel g31 have higher memory graphics in windows xp, 384mb. While in windows 7 it is 256mb.
But i wonder that could it will faster, higer...
I originally had to send in my laptop to get the hard drive replaced as it was failing
when it came back i had to re-install windows.
after re-installing I restored from my back up,
the back up was the entire c drive
