my computer is extremely new like 2 days new I have windows 7 64bit everything seems to work great except when i click on the internet icon it never goes right to the home page i always get the server not found message and have to keep refreshing page like 5 times before i get the page loaded...

Has anybody else noticed on google's home page that when it loads it just the google search bar w/google logo above it, until you move the mouse then you see all different links. Or is this just my computer doing something funny? This only happens in IE 8.
If you even download software that changes your home page no matter how many times you try to change it in Internet options, it still reverts back to that page.
