Any way to do that? For example, some programs like to hijack your browser and switch your current tab to their homepage when you install/uninstall/update them. Would like to completely stop that (for all apps ever at once, not individually).

I never had a problem with Windows Seven and Eight, but don't know about Windows Ten. I have Firefox.

Question. When Avast Free is installed Chrome takes a second to open but the homepage takes 6-7 seconds to open. IE, Firefox and Opera all open in a second and the homepage pops up a second later. When Bitdefender Free, or AVG Free was installed I never had this problem. Any ideas ?
