I am using an Asus Thunderbolt ex ii and while I can confirm that the card is physically connected, I cannot get Thunderbolt drivers to load and cannot see the device in Device Manager. Has anyone dealt with this issue, or know of a solution?
Anyone every see this, where in the "safely remove hardware" popup, it doesn't list the drive letters or info, so you can't know which drive to remove?
