I finished the install and tried loading up windows but after it tries to go passed the loading menu with the logo my monitor goes into standby mode, so that tells me that for some reason I'm losing video signal. Is it possible that windows 7 doesn't support my 9800GX2 yet?
If the gadgets aren't loading in your Windows Beta, it means that UAC has been turned off.
To correct this, open up user account control and set the level to one notch above the lowest setting.
User Account Control options can be found by going to:
Start > Control Panel > All Control...

I downloaded the 32bit version of vista RC1 and burned onto a DVD no problem. (at 2X speed) It seemed to install ok onto my 2nd hard drive, it got to the point where it says "Please wait whie windows starts for the first time" at the top of the screen and the dots go along below it...
