    Windows 7 Windows media player 12 causes computer to lock up

    Hey everyone, This problem is driving me insane, Windows media player 12 keeps locking my netbook up (or atleast making it slow my comp down majorly). I'm just wondering if there is a setting that can reduce the amount of power it uses.... when I look at my hdd access light it is always on...

    Windows 7 Cut & Paste of Graphics Lock Computer

    No matter what method is used as soon as I cut a graphic, whether it is of the desktop or some other source, the computer becomes completely locked as soon as I paste the image. Intel 82865G graphics controller Pentium 4 3Ghz -- 2GB RAM - 32 Bit system

    Windows 7 Shot Online: Anyone get this to work?

    It installs just fine and even does it's automatic updates every time I start it up. But as soon as it attempts to log in to that stupid "Nguard" game protector...it locks up.:mad:
