Windows 7 MFC70.DLL is missing from computer

Windows 7 How do I read this message?
I have been getting a small, black postcard sized, message(?) that pops up for about a nanosecond. Too short to read what it says or click on it. Is there a way to view this? Or get rid of it? Thank you!...........john- JRK

Change default message creation windows mode?
Hi Is there a way to set the message creation window so it opens in the WYSIWYG mode so that you can cut and paste by default? You would think I would remember to change it when I start but I always forget until I need to paste something. Mike- MikeHawthorne

Windows 7 Persistent Webpage Error: [Object Error] Message on Browser Startup
I'm continually getting a pop up msg box when I open my browser that says " message from webpage [object error] OK . A yellow caution icon appears in the box. I can't get rid of it.
