Try selecting a default email app:
Bottom right corner of your screen > select 'All settings' > 'Apps' > "Default Apps' and select your email client.

I can't open attachment.....due to the freaking "OOPS" error on the site.

Double postings, "OOPS" errors, too many, I wonder whether they are browser related.... I am using the latest MS Edge, I only got it once....
