Windows Vista System Tray Icons
There are icons in the notification area that I never need to see: Numbers Lock, Scroll Lock, Caps Lock. I know that I can hide them. I have set them to "hide" in "Customize Notification Icons". But what I would like to do is get rid of the icons permanently. Is this possible?- adkr

Windows 7 Notification Area Icons
Previously I had a program installed. I removed the program completely but it still shows up in the "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Notification Area Icons" as HMonitor.exe. I ran a complete search and nothing comes up anywhere. How can I remove this entry from the Notification Area Icons?- Hdhuntr01
