I have Windows 7 64-bit with a Radeon 4850 card. I've recently reinstalled Windows and ever since some icons and everything flash-based is rendering "jagged". I've tried clearing the icon cache db file, reinstalling my video driver, changing to the windows default video driver... but nothing...
When I try to do a clean install of Windows 7 I get the loading files white progress bar you normally get during an installation, it then goes directly to the scrolling progress bar that would normally appear before a Windows startup, and then goes to a blank Windows 7 desktop with only a cursor...

I can't get this to run at all. I get an hourglass and then nothing. The app shows running in taskmanager but that's all. I have other games, particularly steam apps that work fine. GTA IV, Left 4 Dead and Lord of the Rings Online. They all work fine, Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is the only one so far...
