I am the only person using my PC in my study.
My wife & kid (and cats) never use it. They have
their own tools/toys.
Instead of continually being prompted for admin permission
to perform tasks or run various programs, is it possible to
get Windows 10 to boot up already in Admin mode?

I am not sure why one *.pdf file has a different owner than its neigbourgh...
Many may, already, know this...
