    Windows 7 windows 7 repair - not working! cannot boot from cd!

    have windows 7 release client installed. pretty sure there was a virus on it. kept erroring out during reboot. was able to get to repair screen in safe mode, all attempts to repair failed. now: tried booting from cd, will not boot, just goes to the 'starting windows' screen, processes, then...

    Windows 7 Dell Windows Vista OEM to Windows 7 Upgrade

    I recently bought a DELL STUDIO 1555 on June 12. Since Free windows upgrade is for the systems purchased after June 26 i am not getting a upgrade. I am from INDIA. I contacted Dell Customer Service here. They said i cannot purchase it from them also. Actually they had very less information...

    Windows 7 What has gpne wrong? Beta OK, RC Not

    I had no problems installing the Beta on 2 systems. The RC installed just fine on 1 but has failed on 2 others. Why did the beta work but the RC not work on the same machines. Is this a case of MS fixing a system that worked till be breaks? till it breaks?:confused:
