    Windows 11 higher CPU temps

    Is anybody else noticing their CPU running much warmer with Windows 11? On W10 it settle between 39 and 50 degrees. On W11 its running between 55 and 70 degrees ive had to reapply thermal compound as it dried out (now ordered Artic MX-4)

    Hi there, the CPU is constantly displaying 100% in windows task manager > users tab. However when I try other 3rd party programs the CPU is displaying correctly at idle 1%. Is this a bug? Or is there any way to fix it? I am sure the CPU is at 1% when left idle. Core temps readings
