    Windows 7 Windows 7 running programs slowly

    I'm having a problem I can't seem to find a solution to. All of the Visual C++ based software that I try and run such as Frets on Fire, Ultrastar or Phun all stutter and chew up 50% of the processor time evn when they are idle.     Windows Vista Easy Media Creator 9 DE Error on Vista

    I'm trying to install "Easy Media Creator 9 DE" on Vista Ultimate, with no luck. i'm getting a runtime error :Microsoft Visual C++ Run Time Library.....RoxWatchTray9.exe" i tried uninstalling , reinstalling, repair Registry, remove old/temp folders, with out success. please help if you can.
