I was trying to post here yesterday when the forum glitzed and wouldn’t take the post, so I shut down firefox and tried iexplorer… same issue.

Then I looked at my system and noticed I had “No networks detected”… ok that can’t be right so I shut the laptop down and opened it back up on the 8.1 side (where all my diagnostic tools live).

Still no networks detected and I got about 5% into a full system scan when the light bulb in my head finally clicked… puts laptop down and take 3 steps to look at the router, sure enough no lights are on… it’s a black out and I feel suitably stupid.

p.s. feel free to mock and giggle at me… I deserve it guys.
