Anyone know how to stop these video's from running. A local news station runs a commercial on every story they report. Once is enough. But I would like to eliminate them entirely.

If they're embedded in the clip stream then no you can't remove them.

I contacted by email to wpvi channel 6 in Philadelphia, Pa. and told them of my complaint. All internet customers pay a fee to use the internet and this does not include having to view their commercials either by video or ad's. When something is free, like in TV programs, then I can understand their need to provide commercials but for most of us, we now have Cable TV or Satellite viewing which we now pay for. To have to watch commercials even on these is absurd. The Public should protest and force the programing industry to make changes.
