goodmorning guys.

yesterday i wanted to go to work on my comp. everything was going ok, untill...
it came to the point i could see the background and then all hell broke loose.
BSOD 0x0000001E came up.

since im not a complete idiot when it comes to comps, i did all the checks and came out 1 of my memory sticks died.
so i replaced it with working ones, (yes i checked)
but when i get to windows again.... BSOD IRQ not less or equal and it gave me a driver name with it.
VSMRAID.SYS
i tracked it down to the VIA SATA controller embedded into the motherboard.
so the logical thing to do is go to Safe mode and remove the driver and install a new one.
but when i go into safe mode, i have to be extremely lucky to not have a BSOD 0x0000001E or a black screen with a mouse.
luckily i got to remove it and reinstall a new one from the VIA page itself.
so after the restart, i got up to windows again... BANG! BSOD IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL.
but this time with the newly installed driver...
and the BSOD at the start changes between the 0x0000001E and the IRQ not less or equal.

so i guess my motherboard is dead? :(
i cant go to safe mode anymore, and a normal startup isnt an option.
so im sorry i dont have the minidump that was required.

anyone got an answer to this weird problem?
i even tried to delete the driver and start up without one, but it just installs the windows driver on it, and crashes

i alrdy tried that 3 times alrdy.
it says it doesnt find any problems.
even a system restore doesnt help.
i suppose i need to format :(
