"0x80070057" error message when backing up files in Windows 7

Hi,
my backup fails with the message: internal error, incorrect parameter ox80070057.
Up to now I tried the following solutions which didn´t help:
1. Change of decimal point setting in the clock, language and region section
2. Add a registry key value
3. Create a new file in C:\Windows\System32\wbem\Repository

Does anybody have another solution?
