BrightWork is clearly making the third pitch, and for Microsoft-centered organizations that still need structure, oversight, and executive visibility, that may be the argument that matters. The next few months will show whether PMOs use the retirement deadline merely to move platforms, or to finally fix the governance problems their old platforms had learned to hide.
