O oao Senior Member Oct 26, 2017 #1 I am trying to view the backups of my Lumia 640 on OneDrive. When I login to the site it says 7.52GB out of 5GB used (???) but shows an empty folder. Are the backups hidden? Is there a way to reveal them?

kemical Windows Forum Admin Staff member Premium Supporter Oct 26, 2017 #2 Do you have a link to 'PC's' on the left hand side? If so try clicking that and see if you have multiple machines attached (from prior installs). The Onedrive support page can sometimes be helpful: Find lost or missing files in OneDrive

O oao Senior Member Oct 26, 2017 #3 I see no links to PC. None of the suggestions in the list found anything.
