Windows 11 A guide to using backups

Hello,
Windows 11 on my HP x360 14tea laptop. After creating a backup image, I am trying to restore the image. The image was created and stored on a network hard drive without any issues. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to restore the image. I have a USB CD/DVD Burner that I have used to create a "rescue" disk. But, the Rescue disk will not boot. I have the rescue disk as the first in the boot orderLink Removed After powering on, the CD/DVD appears to boot, but it cycles back to the beginning to create a rescue disk. My attempts to create a rescue disk have failed three times. Any advice about creating and using the rescue disk would be greatly appreciated.

The built in backup/restore is ok at best. I would not recommend it as a reliable solution. The process of backup/restore is documented here
