Windows 7 A problem with Torrents

Hello every body, this is my first post here in this forum and i have a problem since i installed Windows 7.......
When i start torrents with any program (Utorrent, Bitcomet, Vuze, ETC) the connection is cut out after a while may be 30 min, and i had to restart the router all over and all over again.
i tried to change my ip but that Don't seem to work..... PLZ someone help me

If resetting your router fixed the problem, I'm pretty sure your router is the problem.
Try setting the maximum allowed connections in your torrent client to a lower value..., or get another router.
