Currently there is a VR technology, which allows you to connect with another user to help solve any technical issues instantly.
Would you be interested in trying an enhanced virtual reality feature that would allow someone to help solve your technical issue real time, through a smart phone application?
I’m doing a research project for school, trying to see if there is an interest in a VR assisted technical support mobile application. My hypothesis is that technical forum users (solutions seeker and providers) would be a good target user base, especially for hardware support, where a live video feed is often worth a thousand words. Please share your thoughts.
We are develop an app that uses AR/VR technology to connect users to seek and receive help to solve any technical issues instantly, would you be interested in trying this enhanced feature?
Would you be interested providing anonymous input to help develop this application for mass market?

I think this could be interesting, especially helping people install and configure hardware. However, currently the lack of VR headsets in the world makes this a very niche application.

This sounds more AR than VR. Give it a decade and it could well be a thing.
